Check-in Policy

 Photo ID and credit card is required at check in. Your credit card will be charged the amount of $150.00 as a credit card pre-authorization hold, the hold covers for incidentals to the resort/cabin during your stay. At check-in you are required to inform the office how many people will be in the cabin. Cabins that exceed the maximum occupancy will be charged an additional charge of $30 per person per night.



Cancellation Policy

We strictly adhere to our cancellation policy. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.  If you do not call or show up before 8 pm on the day of your arrival, your cabin will be released for other guests and your deposit will be non-refundable—no refunds for early departures. No exceptions. 

Deposit

Each cabin rental requires a 25% non-refundable deposit.  A confirmation email will be sent to you within 48 hours of making your reservation.  Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. Nightly rates do not include 6% sales tax.

Lost Items

Blue Moon Resort is not responsible for any item that is left behind.  If  you have left something behind, please call our office at 989-739-0123 and we will attempt to locate the items. There is a $25 minimum shipping charge on all returned items. Items are held for 5 days and then are donated to charity or disposed of otherwise

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.

Please understand that we need enough time to prepare each unit. We do not offer early check-in.


 Checkout time is 10:00 A.M.

Late check-outs are only available when there is no another reservation arriving. An additional room charge will be added for late check-outs. To request a late check-out, please call the office 24 hrs  before your departure to see if a late check-out is available. There will be no refunds for late arrivals or early departures. 

Not coming to the cabin at your reservation time does not permit a refund. Leaving early does not permit a refund. 

No Pet Policy

NO PETS ALLOWED

If the resort discovers that a pet has been in the cabin without prior approval, a $500 fee will be charged for pest control, deep cleaning and damages. Service animals only!!

No Smoking Policy

NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE CABINS OR SUNROOMS 

Smoking includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, hookah, and vaping. Smoking inside a cabin will result in an additional $250 deep cleaning fee. Cigarette Receptacle – is located outside. Throw cigarette buds in the receptacles, not in fire pits.
